2 of mostly everything

Why do we have two of mostly everything
arms, legs, hands, feet, ankles, shins,
hips, breasts, 2 sets of fingers, two sets of
toes, 2 eyes, but yes,
one mouth and one nose
and the mouth and nose are
how we decipher what is real
but our 2 eyes only see what we feel?
but they are panoramic and
see with depth
and when they lost sight of things
they wept.
and they watched you carry on
to someone, something else
that was real and not just
something they  had felt


yes I have 2 eyes,
and 2 hands and
2 arms...
I have only one heart
I have one heart that
feels all of this.
